The texture is soft ! Packaging explains a lot , value of product helped my cuts go away ! Scent is normal like ointment smells fine not strong effectiveness is soft once again .

It's great stuff. ***BUT*** If you are buying this with a FSA account /card, be prepared to have to submit the receipt. The stores might NOT have it listed as such. It happened to me at OKC Sams. and I had to pay with regular card.

Product I have is the 1/32 oz. size which I prefer so as not to waste the product. Also it is easy to carry with me in case of an emergency. I really like he consistency, easy to spread and does not require a bandage in may cases.
