Best buy date 01-2027 , Gross , I found floating black swirls of who know what in my bottle of total care . I had used half the bottle before my son noticed the floaters . Who knows what chemical make up this might be . Totally lost any faith in Listerine and will inspect any bottle of any brand from now on . Noticed I had been getting dizzy for about a month now , I hope it's not from this product .

It's good to have options and to try new things. And sometimes I like to mix it up. I do think the cool works better overall but this is not a bad option. Listerine dominates the mouthwash market. I know there's a go to when people say use some Listerine and they're just talking about mouthwash in general. I think the difference in these products all has to do with personal preference I do like that Listerine makes mouthwash with, and without alcohol, as I have some patients who need an alcohol free now wash and so it's good to have options 

I have tried "Listerine" total care a couple of time. the taste was great and also it made my mouth feel very clean( I could say a lot more good things)" I notice about this mouth wash" (very good things) I wont you to "TRY" it your self(. you will see )what I "mean(" your mouth and ( fresh breath) is worth it.)

This product feels like my mouth is truly clean and fresh - it also feels like its working to keep my mouth fresh - I look forward to rinsing with it in the mornings and in the eve. The fresh feeing stays with you. I actually wouldnt use any other brand- but then I've always only used listerine. It's just that this product is powerfully fresh.

This mouthwash really makes your teeth feel fully clean to the point where your mouth feels completely stripped of moisture. I don't doubt the benefits of it and particularly enjoy that the taste is mild and not overpowering but my teeth feel glued to the inside of my mouth after using it and I want to drink to fix this immediately after using which negates much of the point of it. It feels quite frothy when using and I'm not a big fan of the texture of it. I probably wouldn't try this again and wouldn't recommend for someone with sensory issues.

I've been using Listerine dental mouth wash for years and I have stuck behind it faithfully. You may ask “Why would you use that? It burns the heck out of my mouth!” Okay this is true yet the pain is worth all the benefits this brand of mouthwash has to offer. I also like that it has an alcohol-free option now which doesn't burn as much. If you want to LIVE an actual NIGHTMARE, use this product! I woke 2 nights in a row only to find the inside on my mouth was DISINTEGRATING. Just like many others have written, some people that use this product will develop “mucosal sloughing”, where the entire inside of your mouth will peel into worm-like strings of mucus. Spitting them out at 3AM can only be described as horrifying. A quick Google search reveals that this is caused by sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS). Anyhow, there are other Flouride mouthwashes out there, so I recommend giving one of those a try instead.

I have been using this Listerine product since it hit the market and I love it. You have to build up to the amount and length of time. I rinse for 60 seconds but could easily extend it without any burning. I actually find it quite mild now that I am used to it. I use it just before going to bed and my mouth still feels fresh in the morning. I never wake up with "yucky mouth" since I use this product. My dentist has seen great improvement in my teeth and gums. Wouldn't be without this product.

So I bought two bottles. EVERY time I tried to open the first bottle, I struggled. Sometimes it opened; sometimes I gave up before it did. The product was fine, recommended by my dental hygienist, but what good is it if you can't open it? This has NEVER happened with any product I've ever used; it's a first. My second bottle has been under the sink for nearly a year unopened. Tonight I pulled it out and just stared at it. I'm going to give it away. Listerine, you lost me and for a bad reason. I "get" that you don't want kids to open the bottles and drink the stuff, but I think you want people to use your product. I'm thinking about people who are older than I but whose hands don't work so well and even those with arthritis in their hands. This product, as it's bottled, would never NEVER serve them. I hope you take my advice and find a bottle that works for everyone.
