I do like Listerine mouthwash (I use Fresh Burst) and find it help heal soreness and irritations in my mouth. I have just one complaint---the bottles are hard to open. I have to take a hammer and screwdriver to them. Could you please make some without child-proof caps that adults with arthritic thumbs can open?

When I lived with my parents idk why but my parents always like this specific flavor for some reason and I hated it lol.. not that I'm eating it but it just was not pleasant lol I like listerine but I typically would buy the blue and the green one.. but over the course of the years this one actually grew on me.. listerine is typically the brand of mouthwash I go for or crest and Colgate but that's typically what I stick to.. I do think this one does a good job at giving you a fresh clean mouth! I typically use after I brush my teeth and let me just say the teeth feel super fresh and clean 😀

This product has proven to be the best from generation to generations. The longevity of Listerine is it' s claim to be effective, beneficial to healthy gums and teeth. My grandmothers used Listerine and so do my fourth generation grandchildren. We remain loyal to a product that has the proof of time in dental hygiene.

Due to other health issues, I had slacked off on my dental program over a two year period. Brushing once a day at night. Inevitably this led to bleeding gums and the signature puffy red telltale of gingivitis. I immediately started flossing again. While helpful, it wasn’t enough. A bloody mess, let’s leave it at that. I even started noticing that my gums were receding. Then I remembered Listerine. I never thought it was that intense or painful; when my mouth was healthy. So I bought Cool Mint Listerine and added it to my program. Brush, floss and rinse with Listerine twice a day. For the first week it was excruciating. It took everything I had to keep swishing for 30 seconds to a minute. But I held in and got through it. By the second week I noticed it was much less painful. Still intense, but completely tolerable. What I also noticed though was that my gums were bleeding only a tiny bit while flossing and they were starting to look a healthy shade of pink again. Unbelievable. I will never let this happen again and will continue using Listerine after flossing. To me, the pain was both a punishment for letting myself go like this and also a sign that this formula was burning out all the bacteria and germs that were causing my problems. Want a healthy mouth? Set up a program and stick to it. It only takes ten minutes total out of your day. Brush, floss and thoroughly rinse with Listerine. Thank you for this product!

Listerine Original is the best of the them. For me it has that kick that really wakes your mouth up. Though now appears hard to find. A lot of supermarkets no longer stock it. Everyone is using the sweeter more tame mouthwash. Disappointed that I have to search for it, yet to find in a big store.

I let my supply of Listerine Regular run out--it can be hard to find--everyone with good dental sense is using it. I used another brand. Within days, my gums were bleeding and one spot is particular was very sore. Going back to Listerine--will stock up and never let my supply get below a certain level. Thank you for this product.

This is an OK mouthwash, I feel it does not last long when using this product for fresh breath. The cap is hard to twist open, even when pressing in the sides as directed. I do like that it is alcohol free, it does not sting my mouth at all, it is definitely a less intense feeling than the regular Listerine. My mouth and teeth feel very clean after using this product as directed . 

My husband uses the mint listerine and I would like to use the product as well but can’t open the container with my arthritis. Possibly an easier way to open your product? Still a full time working Realtor - any advice to open your product easily? Please do not share my contact info

Listerine definitely has a strong bite to it but I love it. My teeth feel so clean and my breath is fresh after using it. I'm so glad they finally came out with flavors so it's much more pleasant to use now. I always have some in my cabinet. It's nice when I want to freshen up my breath but don't feel like brushing for the 3rd or 4th time that day. Highly recommend.

Every Listerine product I have ever used has always been great. I saw this amber-colored original antiseptic on the store shelf and thought I'd give it a shot. It is hands down the most terrible taste I have ever experienced. Maybe it's just me but I think it's comparable to stomach acid. It caused me to gag and cough so it went all over my sink... Stick to wintergreen and mint.
