It helps me get extra food particles out of my teeth that I may have missed during brushing in addition to many more benefits listed right on the front of the bottle. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I prefer a mouthwash without alcohol, like Listerine Zero.

In order to fully test the product, I followed up my twice daily brushings with a Listerine mouth rinse. I thought that I was getting m y mouth clean before but since I have begun using Listerine twice a day after regular brushings, I must say, that my mouth and gums feel cleaner longer. Additionally, It gives me an extra feeling of confidence.

It doesn't just cover up the dirt in my mouth with a nicer smell, it actually kills the germs and reduces the plaque on my teeth. After two weeks of using COOL MINT® LISTERINE® Antiseptic Mouthwash my mouth is cleaner than it has ever been. I have found a permanent part of my oral heath routine.

I have gingvitis and Listerine Cool Mint was recommended. It says to swish for 30 seconds, but it burns so badly I can only last 5 - 10 seconds. Later, a thin layer of skin peeled away from my entire mouth! I really wanted this to works. Has a lovely cooling, minty taste. However, I had to discard it before it ruined my mouth. So disappointed.

When you think of mouthwash, Listerine immediately comes to mind and that is just the quality that a Listerine product has! Never have I ever tried Listerine and NOT felt like my mouth was clean and fresh.. even when I only rinsed for a few seconds instead of a full length rinse! Cool Mint Listerine is no exception.. it's liking that feeling you get when you've had a strong piece of minty gum but better! I use it 2x a day after brushing and feel like my breath is always pleasant and clean! I am done with other brands of mouthwash!
