Chemical like burn symptoms

The product caused severe actual burns along my gums, under and on my tongue. It is taking a long time to heal. Very painful.

A few questions

I’ve been using this product for 4 days now. Burns like crazy and leaves my tongue blue after using. My mouth feels clean. Is this normal?
