In my humble opinion, the plain Listerine formula is just as good as the more advance versions and less expensive.

Use this each day before brushing. At each checkup I have excellent results and I contribute it to rinsing with the listerine.

Has a cool mint flavor, but does not help a sore throat as the original Gold Listerine. The original Gold is best suited for those reasons.
