I received Listerine as part of a sample and share through croudtap.com. I was never a fan of Listerine prior to participating in the 21-day challenge. I found the flavor way too intense. However, I now love using it. The flavor I tried was the Cool Mint, which while intense, was nothing compared to the original flavor. I now use Listerine twice a day. I have found that it freshens my breath, cleans my teeth (to the point that my dental hygienist gushed all over them at my most recent dental appointment), and most importantly for me, it helped heal my occasional mouth ulcers much faster than they usually heal.

I've used this mouthwash for years, and nothing beats it. All these other brands that advertise how their mouthwash doesn't burn have removed the very ingredient that makes it work: alcohol. The alcohol is what kills bacteria in your mouth and leaves that fresh, clean feeling. Listerine Cool Mint is the best!
