I Loved the flavor, reduced tartar, my gums are no longer tender and it did keep my breath fresh Week One: Day one it hurt burning my gums and tongue. Each day the burn lessened, my gums felt better too. After 7 days I have definitely noticed my gums are no longer tender and flossing produces less debris. Week Two: The tiny line of tartar at my gum line has vanished and swishing 2-3 times a day makes my mouth feel wonderfully fresh.
