I usually swish for anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds depending on the amount of time I have. Sometimes mid-day I'll also put a small amount of the mouthwash in my mouth and gently brush for a minute or two just to get a little extra clean down in between my teeth and gums. The mouthwash is quite strong and sometimes makes my eyes water and my tongue feel a slight burning sensation. But I know the benefits outweigh a little discomfort during use. My mouth always feels clean and fresh after using the mouthwash and this definitely makes me feel more confident. I couldn't imagine living without it!

The most recent mouthwash I used was Arm & Hammer and while it is good, I thought it to be too sweet for a mouthwash and if I compare the two together I would have to go with Listerine because it packs a hygiene​ punch!
