I used to LOVE Craisins! They were tiny, tart jewels that brightened the flavor and counter-balanced the sweetness or saltiness of baked goods and snacks. I have noted over the past few years that the cranberries are getting larger—approaching the size of grapes—and seem to have lost that tartness. They have less flavor. I have noticed the same thing happening with blueberries. They, too, used to be tiny tart flavor bursts. Now they are big and flavorless. Bigger is not necessarily better. If you have a choice in crops/suppliers, please go back to the smaller fruit.

Craisins are a staple in our house. We always have an assortment of them on hand to use while cooking, baking, or just for snacking. Just adding a handful to a pan you are de glazing will bing such a depth of flavor you wouldn't expect. Added to chocolate chip cookie batter will cut some of the sweetness, and mixed in with fresh fruit in the morning will make a bright start to your day.

I had to make a salad that I could eat daily that was healthy, cholesterol free and good for my bones.....a chicken salad, made with yogurt, and for a little sweetness, Craisins, apples, and grapes for that sweetness I needed as well as healthy....something I can eat daily at lunch...for a great pick me up and healthy what else is there to have for lunch? I will be adding Craisins to many of my recipes now! Delicious, for healthy added sweetness.

I am a craisins nut!!! I love them all. My favorite is infused with cherry juice. I use the craisins in salads, cookies and eat them by the handful. The ocean spray craisins are the best. I have tried the other brands and some are ok, but Ocean spray are always fresh. I feed these to my grand babies who them as much as me.

I Love the health benefits of Cranberries and this product tastes good and good texture but TOO SWEET! If I wanted cranberry cocktail flavor Id buy the sugary juice! PLEASE use Stevia and replace the refined sugar and oils PLEASE. Maybe I could help you with your marketing and help you sell your product with exponential profits. This is an obvious favorit product with a couole tweeks would make company a LOT more money :(

I always have Craisins in my cupboard, they are so versatile. We eat them in trail mix, homemade granola bars, on salads, in oatmeal, they give a nice sweet/tart flavor to these foods. Also delicious just eaten on their own, and I love the single serve packs for lunchboxes!

I have been a fan of Craisins, since they were first introduced. I now use them more frequently than raisins, substituting Craisins in Craisin Bran Muffins, my Sour Cream Pie (don't let the name fool you), rice pudding, and many other dishes. My breakfast would not be complete without Craisins mixed with my apple, cinnamon, malted wheat/bran and oatmeal cereal mix. They are fantastic just as a snack. Never change them.

These are just perfect...as a snack on their own. Or, toss them into salads - yum! I just made a batch of Oatmeal butterscotch cookie dough, and decided to give it a Thanksgiving twist and tossed in Craisins. I froze the dough and will bake just before Thanksgiving. I have used them in apple pie, in brownies...wonderful!

I have loved Craisins for years...until about the last year and a half. All I can say is that Ocean Spray must have changed the way they process their cranberries because they are just NOT good anymore! Instead of being the nice sweet/tart dried fruit they used to be, they have a weird texture now that is like they have been blown up, then shrunken down, and they lack the "punch" of "zingy" flavor they used to have. They are neither sweet enough nor tart enough, they just lack flavor altogether. I ALWAYS have these on hand. I buy them at a big box store so I buy the big 4lb bags. They used to be one of my favorite snacking foods as well as a salad/cookie/rice ingredient. I am so disappointed in the consistently poor quality that tonight that I felt compelled to write a review. I seriously need to find a new snack food.
