This doesn't taste too bad. It does feel soft on your teeth and doesn't feel rough. If you have sensitive teeth or gums I would recommend using this.

It's the best toothpaste for sensitive teeth that I've found yet, but I feel it could be better. Does an ok job of whitening. Takes a while.
