This toothpaste has helped me to reduce my cold sensitivity. It is slightly expensive but helps a lot. It also helps whiten teeth

I didn’t find a heavy whitening effect. Wasn’t extremely helpful in sensitivity. Just used it one time. 

I started having sensitive teeth out of the blue and sensodyne really helped. I am now able to drink cold drinks again without my teeth hurting!!
