I have really sensitive gums and Sensodyne is the only toothpaste I can use. It really does reduce the sensitivity of my gums and lets me drink hot and cold beverages, which I love. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it is supposed to be whitening and I have not noticed any improvements after using it for about a year. 

After trying out so many toothpastes I finally found this brand and stuck with it for years now. I used to bleach my teeth often so it started to make my teeth super sensitive to cold or hot. When I found this brand, it made it all go away. No more sensitive teeth and since it has a bit of whitening in it, it keeps my teeth white as well. I love that it doesn’t leave a weird after taste or make my lips peel like most toothpastes did after brushing.

I had to switch to this type of Sensodyne from the extra whitening kind just because my teeth were feeling a bit more sensitive than usual. The flavor is just as good as the other one, and it definitely helps more with the sensitivity. I haven’t noticed much of a result on the whitening front, but I haven’t noticed my teeth getting any yellower, so that’s a plus.

I would say this is the best toothpaste i've used so far. I have sensitive gum and i am using it everyday for over 5 months now and i can see huge difference. It has a nice minty flavor but it's not strong to other toothpaste. It is does a nice job cleaning and whitening.

I’ve really been loving this toothpaste after having my teeth whitened. It keeps the white maintained and I makes me teeth a lot less sensitive! I never understood the reason for using a toothpaste for sensitivity but ever since switching - I’ll never go back!

Eating or drinking hot or cold substances was always painful, so I started avoiding it. I have tried a few toothpastes meant to reduce sensitivity yet they didnt improve the situation even an iota. Then I bumped into Sensodyne Rapid Relief. They claim to see improvement within 3 days, but I was skeptical. I tried it and it took a little getting used to the strong pasty feel. But the actual taste was minty and refreshing, unlike the other sensitivity products I tried this one actually tasted good. I waited somewhat impatiently to see results, but it took a full week to see any. Now I'm three weeks into the product and I cannot believe just how effective this product is. I feel like a different person! Who would think one little tube of paste can improve something that I have long since come to terms with. What shall I say? A scoop of ice cream never tasted this good! I will definitely continue using Sensodyne Rapid Relief permanently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this toothpaste and for the most part I like it. One the few things i didn't like was the taste. It had a odd perfume taste. It could be the whitening agent they use I'm not sure. Otherwise it does do its job. After brushing my teeth felt clean. As far as sensitivity I believe that seemed to help with my sensitivity problem. I haven't noticed a change in the white color of my teeth that could be due to the length of using it. Overall, I would say it is a good toothpaste and would recommend it to others.

The toothpaste was recommended to me by my dental after having adult braces for three years. And three years after removing my braces is a toothpaste that I will use for the rest of my life. If there stays that I miss or have to switch toothpaste, for whatever reason my teeth don't feel right, I feel like this product made my teeth, feel strong, and I have no pain when eating warm, hot, cold things. It also helps keep my teeth, nice and white.

I love all Sensodyne toothpastes. They really do help with cold/hot tooth sensitivity. I can always tell the difference if I try to switch back to a normal type of toothpaste. I always go right back to Sensodyne. All of their different varieties work just as well.

I've had the hardest time trying to find a toothpaste that works well but is also very sensitive to my teeth. I have sensitivity to cold and sometimes hot. Most the time seems impossible to find any food or drink that's the right temperature that won't hurt my teeth. I also have really terrible enamel and my teeth are extremely soft. I have cracks in a few of my teeth just because of this. When I tried this Sensodyne Repair & Protect Whitening toothpaste my mind was blown. First of all my teeth feel 100 times stronger than before, and I also have extremely reduced sensitivity. I feel like a normal person now that can eat and drink without having to worry nearly as much as I did before! I will definitely be recommending Sensodyne Repair & Protect Whitening toothpaste to my friends and family.
