Helps with my sensitive teeth and especially helps since I whiten my teeth which makes them more sensitive. It gives a fresh feeling after use too!

Has a good flavor and I’m happy that it isn’t super abrasive on my teeth. I’m always weary about whitening toothpastes because of tooth sensitivity.
