After finding out that my enamel is super weak, I switched from regular toothpaste to this particular one and I am very convinced that this has contributed so much to my improved oral health. The only con is the lack of a "minty fresh" taste that you can get from a regular toothpaste.

My husband had a dentist that filled several cavities in one day and was very rough when doing that. Although it was more than 10 years ago, he still suffers from uncomfortable sensitivity in those teeth. The sensodine really helps with the sensitivity! He says he likes the way it tastes as well. Mildly minty.

i like this toothpaste a lot! it’s a nice flavor and scent without being too minty like some! i don’t really notice a huge difference in the whiteness of my teeth.. but i feel like most whitening toothpastes don’t do much for that. i do notice that it helps my sensitive teeth!

It’s the only toothpaste I can use now that I have a tiny receding spot on my gum. The spot was so sensitive and I asked my dentist about it. She recommended this toothpaste. I’ve been using for over a year now and the spot doesn’t bother me anymore.

This toothpaste is less minty, has less flavor than most but leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh. This takes a little while to get stuff out of your teeth but it works in the end. Not sure if the whitening works but my teeth haven’t gotten any more yellow so it’s mot a negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a gum disease and no matter what I use it makes me gums bleed and hurt. I found that this toothpaste is very soothing. However, for me I didn't like the taste of it. It could have been the flavor. Other than that it is a great overall toothpaste and I would buy again, just in a different flavor!

Most toothpaste is just toothpaste to me. This was no different. Sometimes I have sensitive teeth. This didn’t seem to help that too well but I’m assuming made my teeth and mouth clean. I couldn’t care less if I used this again. It’s good for a nice clean mouth.

I have gone through multiple tubes of this toothpaste. I was drinking a lot of coffee and wanted something that would help maintain my enamel with all the acidity. A bonus is that this actually did whiten my teeth! I noticed a difference just with the first tube.

I have been using Sensodyne products for almost a year. Randomally purchased the Repair and Protect Whitening version. After 2 weeks of daily use I noticed my lip was swollen and dry/peeling, gums were red and extra sensitive, teeth were sensitive, and my tongue felt swollen/cluster or canker sores underneath. Initially everything was fine but after 2 weeks it started to burn. The floor or my mouth and inside of my lip felt raw and tasted like iron. I was starting to get worried and looked up reviews to find similar stories. I will be tossing this toothpaste away. I don't believe it's the SLS because I used regular Crest and have been fine. There is something in this toothpaste that can cause sores/burning. DO NOT USE

Great toothpaste. Keeps my teeth from being overly sensitive when I whiten them using whitening gel. I have very sensitive teeth and this makes it easier to eat hot or cold foods. Doesn't dramatically whiten like other products but I didn't expect a lot from a sensitivity toothpaste. Also doesn't taste great which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.
