This is great for my sensitive teeth and I think it whitens over time, although very slowly. Or maybe just keeps my teeth from getting yellower as I love coffee, etc.! I wouldn't go for this if you're looking for fast changes in whitening- stick with the strips for that! But this is a great toothpaste and I like the flavor better than other toothpaste companies!

The sensodyne whitening toothpaste does help a little bit with sensitivity. I can't use typical whitening toothpaste as it really hurts my teeth. I used to use this alot. Before I started to use it I had a lot of toothaches. I couldn't eat anything cold, I had to use a straw for my drinks and no ice cream at all! After finding this toothpaste I was able to return to eating ice cream again. Also works if you are having a toothache this stuff is amazing! It will stop it in its tracks.
