My dentist recommended Sensodyne  because of sensitivity I had been experiencing. I chose the whitening because I wished to have whiter teeth. I am pleased to say that this product works great as a toothpaste to lessen my sensitivity.  My teeth never did get white but maybe it's helping to keep them from getting darker. Not sure. I will continue to use it with hope that it's the best product for my needs.

So when I got a sample to review, I was pretty excited. I've been using this product for about a week and I am impressed! My teeth feel much cleaner! I haven't had any pain but if I do I will be trying this product again!

I actually found this toothpaste because of my dentist and now it’s the only one I continue to use. I went through a phase of constantly whitening my teeth that left them sensitive to everything. This still works on brightening my teeth but has also made such a drastic difference in the sensitivity of my teeth. It doesn’t have a weird chemical taste at all.

Thank the good lord for this miraculous invention because without it I wouldn't be able to enjoy a lot of things due to sensitivity. I would recommend tjis to anyone with sensitive teeth. You'll thank your lucky stars. Definitely one satisfied customer.

Does it repair and protect? I have NO idea, but it does easy the pain in my teeth caused be microscopic cracks, etc., as do all the Sensodyne products. My dentist said that if they continue to be sensitive I should rub a small amount down at the gum line before I go to bed, and leave it there. I have done that, and it works! So why only 4? If it IS repairing, why do they continue to hurt?

My dentist recommened this to me when my teeth became very sensitive after having my teeth whitened at his office. The sensitivity from whitening my teeth went away with the first use. I now use this toothpaste for the first few days after weekly whitening, going back to my regular toothpaste the rest of the week, and have no sensitivity issues.

I love this toothpaste. I have been using it for a couple of years now. I feel like it has really helped my sensitive teeth. I also enjoy how it helps whiten my teeth since I'm a coffee lover. I'll definitely keep on buying this and I highly recommend it to people with sensitive teeth!

I had a really good experience using this toothpaste. My gums and teeth are really sensitive and i noticed that this toothpaste helped alleviate some of the issues I was having. The whitening was very gentle on my teeth and also had noticeable results

After using for a few days I woke up with puffy, inflamed lips. Next day I had canker sores all over and inflamed gums. Mouth was legit burning. My lips were cracking and peeling and looked like I had lip injections. I couldn't eat hard foods because it felt like I had tiny cuts all over my mouth. Irritation went away a day or two after stopping. Never had an issue with other kinds of Sensodyne products so I was really surprised. Super bummed it happened but hopefully posting this and people seeing other reviews will help other people not to buy this product. Personally I think they should either discontinue or reformulate it.

I’ve been using this brand of toothpaste for the past 5 years and I do believe that it helps protect and repair my enamel. This whitening version I can’t say it perfectly whitens my teeth this more holds the whiteness of your teeth like after having them whitened. It’s fresh and gets rid of morning breath. I’d recommend this toothpaste.
