This is a great toothpaste for people with sensitive teeth and gums. I really liked this toothpaste. The mint wasn’t super over powering and it made my teeth feel really clean. I have sensitive teeth and this did really well for me. It’s a little bit pricier than your average toothpaste but it’s worth it in my opinion.

I always recommend Sensodyne to my patients when they complain of sensitivity. It works with an ingredient called potassium nitrate which helps provide a barrier on the areas of the tooth that are more porous, such as on the root surface after the gums have receded. My advice: if there’s one area that’s particularly sensitive, take a dab of this and rub it in that area with your finger. Let it sit there and do not rinse with water— the longer it stays in the teeth, the more effective it will be. Use a soft toothbrush, and do not scrub your gums!! I've been using this toothpaste for over a month and thought my swollen gums, sloughing lips, chapped lips, and open sores in the corners of my mouth were the progression of some gum/oral issue - but, realized when I used my husband's toothpaste the issue subsided. I am allergic to this toothpaste and it has also not whitened my teeth.

I've tried so many different types of toothpaste but sensodyne is the only one that actually helps me with tooth sensitivity. My favorite is rapid relief in the extra fresh flavor. Without it and can't have cold anything and most sweets are excruciating despite having no cavities.

I love sensodyne for my sensitive teeth and this paste does that as well as the other varieties, however its whitening claim is debatable. I’ve used many whitening products and this did nothing for color. But it works as a sensitive paste! And the flavor’s not bad.

I love this toothpaste. I’ve always had an issues finding the right one for my sensitive teeth but also having the whitening effect to it. This is the perfect mix of the two of them. The whitening in this actually works and it helps with the sensitivity. I can say though it is pricey for a tube of toothpaste but because it works it makes it worth it. I recommend this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Sensodyne Rapid Relief is a gift from Heaven! I used to have pain when eating ice cream, well, no more! This product really works and it does so in a hurry! In just a matter of days, the pain was lessened, a week in and ice cream and cold beverages are no longer a discomfort! I highly recommend this product for anyone that experiences tooth sensitivity.

I’m sure that this does well at protecting but it simply does not taste good enough for me to want to use it every single day. That’s a huge deal to me is taste. I didn’t see dramatic difference in it whitening my teeth which is the main reason I purchased.

This toothpaste is what I primarily use. I have very sensitive teeth and this was recommended to me by my dentist. I have noticed a huge difference in my sensitivity. The flavor isnt too overpowering and keeps breath fresh for a long time. My teeth feel super clean after use.

This toothpaste whitens effectively without making my teeth or gums feel tender, and it makes my mouth feel fresh longer than any other toothpaste. I like the the tube stands up on its own, because it looks nice on my sink. I try other brands often, but I keep coming back to this one because it's just so much better!
