I like this toothpaste a lot because I can't definitely see a difference when I use it. I would say with consistent use like a week or so I can see a shade lighter!! I have very sensitive teeth so I can go without Thai toothpaste. It's whitening power is okay but I drink a lot of coffee so there's no helping me with that lol I also appreciate the taste of it. It's not too overwhelming (I have a pretty intense gag reflex too so I appreciate when a toothpaste doesn't taste weird)
