If directions are followed, if used twice a day, this toothpaste will build protection for sensitive teeth and help prevent cavitiesalong with freshen breath & whiten teeth. Brush teeth for at least 1 minute 2 times a day, especially the sensitive areas, minimize swallowing and spin out after brushing. Paste is not unpleasant tasting; but it is strong to the point paste strips a fine layer of mouth lining in the course of two hours or so after brushing. I will not purchase this “Extra Whitening” paste again but will stick to “Pronamel Gentle Whitening” paste.
