It's okay for me. I usually use a toothpaste imported from Japan. It is it too strong but fresh. I'm not sure it makes your teeth white...

I have very sensitive teeth so I want a toothpaste that helps and also whitening since I love my coffee. I think this works great

Didn’t notice much of a difference as far as whitening.. great over toothpaste though. My teeth felt clean! Wish they actually whitened as promised.
