It’s good. Use occasionally. Not my usual toothpaste. It works good and I recommend if you are having sensitive problems

It made my teeth sensitive, quite the opposite of what it’s supposed to do, but they did help whiten them so that’s a plus!

I love this toothpaste however it can leave my teeth a little extra sensitive than normal. It did have a light whitening affect which I did like.
