A bit pricey but I have never found any eyedrops that get red faster.  I take medication that causes dry eyes.  These eye drop work wonders and keep my eyes moist.

I had a rebound effect. My eyes were even redder after the drops wore off, which makes it highly addictive.  I would need to keep using it to get rid of red eyes.

I use Lumify during the Spring - early Autumn seasons to tamp-down my red eyes due to allergies. It does what says: results within a minute, lasts for hours. My ophthalmologist says it's totally safe, and is actually a weak version of a common glaucoma drop. And, you can't beat Sam's Club's price - per ounce/gram, it's at the MOST half the price of what you'll pay elsewhere.
