[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really thought of myself as the type of person who would take TUMS. Up until getting pregnant, I hadn't ever had heartburn, and I thought that only people who overate had this problem. Well, I soon learned after becoming pregnant that heartburn is a little more complicated than that, and I also learned that almost every pregnant woman suffers from heartburn. I avoided heartburn for most of my pregnancy, but here at the end, it is unavoidable, no matter how little I seem to eat. I talked to my doctor about my pregnancy heartburn, and she said immediately "Take TUMS." I decided to try out TUMS Smoothies because they looked the most delicious, and I am so happy I did. I'm not going to say that TUMS Smoothies taste like candy, but they are a post-meal treat that I enjoy anytime I start to "feel the burn." They work amazingly well for heartburn, and the best thing about them is that the work almost instantly. In these later stages of pregnancy, I have enough discomforts without having to worry about heartburn. I like that I can just pop a couple tasty pills and get on with my day. I also like that my OB recommends TUMS, so I feel completely safe taking them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tums Smoothies product smelled good and also tasted delicious. It tastes more like candy than something to take for indigestion. It had a tasty sweet, fruity flavor up front and then a sour fruit flavor as an aftertaste, like some candies out there do. It wasn't as chalky as the other types of Tums I've had (I've mainly just had the traditional pink ones). I think this is worth paying more money for than just buying the regular flavor of Tums. This way, eating these can be enjoyable instead of something you choke down with some water. It did settle my stomach as well after I ate the Tums, per usual with Tums. I think overall this is a good, reliable brand and they create a great product. I feel that the flavoring in this item is the real rock star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have been using TUMS for a few years and recently my heartburn has gotten so bad that TUMS isn't doing it for me. I do love the flavor of these Smoothie TUMS but I feel that they don't work for me anymore =( If you're heartburn is not to severe than I definitely recommend these. These are probably my favorite flavor I have tried yet!

Things I dislike: * Running out of beer * Heartburn The Tums Smoothies can help me with one of my dislikes! I've been using Tums for years. They always take care of business. The down side to them, is the taste. The very, very, chalky taste. Was the price of heartburn relief worth licking a chalkboard? Usually... The Tums Smoothies fix that for the most part. I feel they've done an exceptional job of incorporating the chalk taste into a smoothy flavor, where it feels like it belongs. There is only a hint of chalky aftertaste, which is a significant improvement. A bottle of these will be living in my desk drawer from now on.

I normally get heartburn on a pretty regular basis, but I can't for the life of me give up hot sauce or any spicy food, so it is usually suffering all night after a big meal out. I will be honest, I was a bit skeptical because the last time I took an antacid was years ago an I hated the chalky flavor of it, I usually avoid it to no end. I was actually putting off using the TUMS but the smoothies flavor was tempting and it smelled great. As soon as I put it in my mouth, I was so pleasantly surprised. it did not taste chalky at all, instead it was smooth, had great flavor and honestly felt like I was eating a piece candy. And the best part is that it went to work almost right away, I started to feel it's effect within a few minutes and within 15 minutes my heartburn was almost gone. This is a fantastic product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used extra strengthTums for years for heartburn and a soured stomach. I've never tried the smoothies but I can honestly say I prefer them. They dissolved easier and weren't as gritty. Even though they worked great my normal tums were at times hard to chew and swallow when I wasn't feeling so well. These will be my new go too!

We always keep a bottle of Tums in the medicine cabinet, but it had expired so I used the new bottle of Tums Smoothies. The important part is the quick relief from discomfort, which chewing two Tums provided. However, I noticed that they did not taste "chalky" and really did dissolve better than before. They have a nice flavor (I think it was cherry) and did not leave me with an unpleasant aftertaste. I will continue to use Tums Smoothies when I need an antacid and highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a real upgrade to the last generation of Tums chewable tablets. They are indeed smooth and far less chalky. The flavors are tasty and surprisingly, they don't all taste the same! As to it's effectiveness, works like a champ to quell the fire from those spicey nachos or your moms meatloaf. I had some Indian food and 3 tabs cooled it right down. These are the extra strengths tabs so I need a few less, another bonus! I only go to Tums when it's absolutely necessary because of the chalky taste. This is still a factor but Tums gets a solid 4 stars for a really good product improvement.

Great for night time heartburn. Better tasting and easy to handle on an upset stomach. Really good value and it has air lock package so it last for a really long time. We use this brand and this flavor.
