Product is great, packaging bad.

I bought this product at Sam's Club for the best price available, and was free delivery, received fairly quickly. I've found it to be the best product of its kind because it is the proper strength, size, and is the most comfortable or soothing to use, and is flushable.

These wipes are perfect for the older adult. They are not only soothing but gentle and not rough at all! While they are safe for flushing because we are on the go, they are easily disposed of. Thank you for a great %26 useful product.

I use these frequently and they’re helpful and not to wet or dry.

Only complaint is priced higher than other retailers. Quality is exceptional, not overly thick and doesn’t tear when wiping, easily pull individual sheets out one at a time, packaging keeps wipes moist after opening, like the multiple packs per box.

I had a bad feeling as soon as I picked up one of the 60 packs, it wasn't as full. These are much thinner and flimsier than the ones they have sold for years. They are worse than the generic ones sold at other stores including Walmart. The outer box looks the same but the individual packages are not. The lid is different as well as the safety seal.

I use this product for many years. It’s seems the manufacturer changed the wipes, thinner very hard to remove from the container.

This is a dramatic change! We have bought these for years and now they are so thin you can see through them and the wipes is about an inch smaller. SO bad! I will have to look into store knock offs. Absolutely terrible!
