The most important from the average person standpoint would be the headache related properties. There is absolutely no better headache relief medicine on the market for your run-of-the-mill every-day headache.

I personally don't use over the counter pain relievers, per my doctor's suggestion. But my husband put these to the test while going through a cluster of headaches. He did find that these dual action coated caplets worked quickly and he found fairly long lasting relief.
