It's effective, but so are ibuprofen (Advil) and acetaminophen (Tylenol). The tiny bottle will be great to refill though!

My boyfriend had a backache while I had minor cramps cause you know TOM. These really did the job and got us through our vacation. What I loved about these Advil is that they are still a small size and bit hard to swallow. I do recommend these Advils if you have a headache, backache, cramps or any body ache in general. These are now must haves in my travel bag.
