The addition of Tylenol is also effective because it can work differently and may cover some of the headache or back pain that I experience on top of the Advil itself. I've taken these multiple times for afternoon headaches and have had good results!

I've used it a few times for body achea/pains and simple headaches and was able to achieve relief fairly quickly each time. no upset stomach. I like that this is a combo of ubiprofen and tylenol, would be really great for fever management
