The product is hard to figure out how to open and needs a good diagram where RO open.

The handles bend and twist. Never had this problem in the past. Will be returning and looking for a new non-plastic handle brand that will perform better

Not the same quality as the past, Don't waste your money thinking you will get the product you have previously. Why change a good thing? Definitely returning! Bend so easily!

The last package we purchased las time is a disappointment. Very poor quality. Have purchased many times from Sams. They are so flimsy I know have to use 2 now, its a waste. Will not buy here again.
