Congratulations! You have reached a milestone but first some history. I needed to write this message a year or two ago but life happens and tonight is finally my moment to write. My wife and I met 31 years ago and when a couple gets married they learn "the definites" which are brand name products that differentiate themselves so much that you must only buy that brand name for a given product. Mine was G&H Sugar. The one item my wife told me never to buy any other brand was Q-Tips. I made the mistake of buying lower quality brand cotton swabs a couple of times but it didn't take long for me to learn there wasn't any "give" on the brand of cotton swab for her. It had to be Q-Tip brand cotton swabs. BUT about a year or so ago it seemed like you reduced the amount of cotton on the swab tips to the point a customer can now feel the swab stick rub on the inside of the ear. This wasn't the case prior. We would never feel the stick and now it even hurts a bit. So Congratulations on your milestone. Your Q-Tip product no longer has "product differentiation" from the other brands of cotton swabs. I won't get into trouble any longer from my wife when I buy another cotton swab brand.

I use these every day. They are soft and work well for daily ear cleaning. I also use these to apply certain creams. I like how nice the tub is.i highly recommend this product.

I have been an avid user of Q Tips for 30 years because of their quality. The strong, cardboard stick was unmatched. I noticed last year that this quality had changed a bit, but still tried to remain loyal. After that experience I said I would buy again just to be sure I wasn’t mistaken. I bought another box today, and I am super disappointed! The cotton on the end is much thinner, and the sturdy, cardboard stick is now a weak, flimsy, very easy to bend disappointment. After many years, Its now time to bid farewell to Q Tip swabs for me, because I can find this cheap quality in less expensive brands.

I get really sad when I run out of them lol but I love how convenient they are and that they fit right in your purse! As strange as it sounds, I love the size of the cotton that is on the swab. It has the right comforting amount just to get the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These packs are really great for travel to help keep my Q-tips organized. Really nice and compact case. A great tip I got from a friend about these cases--if you choose to not refill them with more Q-tips--is to use them for hairties and/or bobby pins! I was so impressed by that and it works really well to keep those smaller pieces organized among other beauty products in a makeup case or in a purse.

I purchased a new box of Q-tips and was sure that they must be a fake product, I came to this site in search for a way to spot fakes but now I am just shocked. This used to be a great product and now the shaft bends and the cotton falls apart on any task. What have you done to a brand that became the go to product?

For the past few months, my husband and I have noticed the decline in quality. The sticks are not as strong. They bend very easily and it’s annoying. We never had this problem before, but the last several boxes have been terrible! Whatever you changed, please reverse it!!
