like the others I am glad that I am not alone with my criticisms of the "new" Q-Tips. I can make it REAL simple for your marketing-beancounter-product destroyers. When you changed the UPC from 305215 251002 to the current 305210 420885 on the 625 ct boxes. This is when you destroyed the product that we all loved. Revert to the old manufacturing techniques processes and amount of materials used per swab...Simple! Want to charge more for this? I and many others are FINE with this.

I am a Q-tip devotee! I love using it when I put on my makeup to remove smudges or smears...but I also love it when I'm housecleaning and it can get into areas too small for cloths and other cleaning products. I've used it to remove "detritus" from my grandchildren's noses as well. Love love the versatility of this item!

I am appalled!! The quality of your Qtips is what made you better than the other choices.I didn't mind to pay the extra money to get the quality of your product, which was bigger cotton than generic! I bought a new box & I was shocked! The cotton had diminished down to smaller than the generic size. If this stays the same I'll be forced to buy generic & save money in the process. You can see in the pic, old on left, new on right. It might not seem like a major difference but to me, it is. The plastic tub container however is a little on the flimsy side, making it somewhat difficult to snap on the lid. A thicker plastic would help with that but overall the qtips get the job done.

What used to be the best product in the world--which I and my family have used a lifetime--has now been reduced to a product equal to or worse than generic, at twice the price. Q-tips are now made with weak, flimsy shafts, that bends at the slightest touch--with half the cotton as in the past. After a lifetime of loyalty, Unilver has managed to destroy an iconic brand that stood for quality. For now, onto product "X" until the old Q-Tips are restored.

I've tried using other brands, but they've always been flimsy or the cotton is not thick enough. I find myself using Q-Tips for almost everything: ear cleaning, makeup, nail art, first aid, cleaning my computer, crafts, you name it. The traveling case is handy to keep in my overnight bag so I can always have it at my disposal. Love it!
