I like to use them to fix makeup mistakes. If you like, they can be used to clean ears, but that’s up to your own discretion. The cotton swab wand is a little too flexible for my liking, but otherwise they do a great job. The ends are soft. No scent to them. Would continue to purchase.

Stocking up for the year on this everyday essential at a great price for a quality product takes the guesswork out of last minute emergencies. Excellent for everyday uses such as makeup application and even cleaning tight spaces when in refinishing some old furniture. I’ve been using them all my life they come in handy for so many different things they come in a lot of different sizes and packages which I love. I keep a travel case in my purse so I can always have them on the go, they’re soft and they stay sturdy. Unlike a lot of other brands. I love them.

The Gold Standard has turned into the No Standard in Q-Tips! They have become disappointing and unsafe! The stick is now so flimsy that you lose control with little pressure. The stick is much thinner and very flimsy. The cotton ball has all but disappeared into a tiny remnant of its previous self. The cotton tip also doesn’t stay in place. I have actually hurt the skin in my ear using them! I would NEVER USE THEM ON A BABY!! Unacceptable! Q-Tips have devolved into, essentially, junk! We recently purchased an off brand for less money and they were actually better quality now than the QT! The company should be embarrassed by this cheap imitation of its previous product! NO MORE Q-TIPS IN THIS HOUSE!
