Like many other reviewers I was loyal to this brand for quality and I've never been so disappointed in a cotton swab as these. Completely dry the stick is so wimpy it folds if you look at it funny! They ore so flimsy if you breathe on them the humidity from your breath will weaken them and they bend. Heaven forfend you're trying to dry out shower water from your ear canal! Forget it. I can not imagine what these would be good for, other than landfill. Wow.

I use only Q-tips because they were the best they did not bend when you used them like the other brands, but I'm so disappointed in the quality of Q-tips now. I use them every day and every day I get more disappointed because the stick bends when you use them and I don't use a lot of pressure I'm cleaning my ears I don't want them to bend.

I've used QTips for over 73 years, and I would've never considered any other brand because QTip was a quality product without compromise. Even during the pandemic, the quality remained unchanged. Unfortunately it seems corporate greed has finally seeped into the familiar blue box! As I recently began using a new box, I was truly shocked to realize that the cotton sticks were so flimsy that they no longer maintained their rigidity even under the slightest pressure!!! Obviously you have a novice brand manager that doesn't have any idea what product specifications have made QTips a venerable favorite in households like ours for generations! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the decline of this product and will begin looking for alternative brands. I am laughably “brand loyal”, but your attempt to save money by compromising the product has sent this loyal consumer looking for alternative brands.

We have used these cute little cotton sticks for over seven decades and continue to love them.

the stem is waaay toooo flimsy, they fold if you put the same pressure on them that you normally did in the past (yet they did not fold, bend-collapse, and crumple in the past). I am very disappointed, trust severed. Greed on their part! 😔

I have always used this brand but am very disappointed with the quality. Unfortunately I have had way to many that have no cotton on it. It seems to be getting worse. I typically buy the 750 ct, but will most likely change brands.

The stick part of the swab bends under very little pressure, and there is noticably less cotton on the ends than when I have purchased them previously. I have been buying Q-Tip brand for decades and if this is their way to cut cost, then I will buy a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will not use any other brand! These are sturdy and effective. The bulb is thick enough to clean, but not too big that it can’t clean the small areas. And they don’t break or bend when I’m trying to deep clean my ears. I use them to clean up mascara smeared under my eyes. I use them to apply ointment on small burns and blisters. They are quick to absorb product! These are an essential in my bathroom!

Have been using Qtips for over 50 years. Quality was always consistently good & reliable. Now, they are no better than a wimpy generic. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I returned every single box in my house and will no longer be purchasing Qtips branded swabs. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD QTIPS. THE NEW ONES ARE GARBAGE.
