Everyone knows they're great for cleaning ears and other sensitive areas, they're great for taking off nail varnish, etc. They're also good for cleaning crevices. My favourite usage - eye cream. You get the right amount, it's now on an applicator that won't pull the delicate skin around your eyes, and you avoid getting whatever was on your finger into your expensive eye cream. Applying lipstick, cleaning around the house, removing makeup, and about a million other uses. Of course, I love having a handy case that keeps them clean and convenient everywhere I go.

The swab detached from the stick & became lodged in my husband’s ear. He had to go to the emergency room to have it removed. This brand got cheap with making its product. I have been using Q-tips brand for as long as I can remember & it is clear that the quality has become poorer over the years.
