You've cheated your customers by cheapening your product! The stems of Q-tips are now weak & flimsy...I'll be looking elsewhere. What were you thinking?? To save a penny, really?? **Disgusted**

I've always been a faithful qtip brand user. Lately, however, they cotton is loose on one side of every tip. So disappointed. Guess I can buy no-name brand since your quality has declined.
