The quality on this item has been getting worse. Almost all of the cotton tips would come off when using it which could lead to health risks. Will not buy again and look for alternatives

Packaging advertises 1750. Two boxes of 625 and one box of 500. When I opened the package at home, there were two boxes of 500 and one of 625. I will be contacting Sam's club with the discrepancy.
