Have been using Qtips for over 50 years. Quality was always consistently good & reliable. Now, they are no better than a wimpy generic. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I returned every single box in my house and will no longer be purchasing Qtips branded swabs. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD QTIPS. THE NEW ONES ARE GARBAGE.

I used them to clean up my earrings and the cotton on these stayed together very well and made the cleaning process simple. There was no lint mess left behind. These also don’t bend too easily. They are made very well. The packaging is easy to open and grab out the desired amount. They are the perfect size to make them versatile.

The are horrible quality. They bend like a feather. I wish I hadn't bought 3 huge boxes, they're garbage. I'd rather use the cheap no-name brand than these. Nothing like the ones you buy "not in bulk", they're clearly made a lot cheaper than the ones they sell in regular stores.

horrible!! don’t know what they where thinking of changing the quality of these, they are now horrible.. you can’t clean side of your ear/ear canal cause they bend when any pressure is applied..even using them to apply diluted tea tree oil along my lashes/eye lid (rosacea) results in them bending.. i ended up having to order pricier bamboo stick qtips elsewhere since can’t trust this brand anymore..

I've been buying Q-tips for over 40 years. Something has changed with this product, 99 percent of these the stick bends on initial use. I've never seen a successful product go from use to frustrating so quickly. They need to fix this before I would ever purchase again.

I also use them for cleaning hard to reach places that need that extra detail to look absolutely stunning and glamorous. Q-tips always go the extra mile for me.

As indicated previously, there is little to no cotton on the end of the q-tip! The first time we realized there was a problem, my elderly father felt pain in his ear and when he pulled out the q-tip there was no cotton. After a panicked trip to the doctor, turns out there wasn’t any cotton in his ear but the q-tip had none to begin with. Incredibly disappointed I’d recommend generic over these!
