A faithful user of Q-Tip brand swabs for 40 years plus now find the product I loved and depended on to be inferior and inconsistent in construction. The stick / applicator that the cotton is attached to lost its rigidity. They bend easily with only light pressure during use. There also now appears to be less cotton on the end of the applicator stick too. We had some older Q-Tips in our travel bag and compared them to the current Q-Tips. There is a distinct difference in the quality. Shink-flation ? I never purchase generic swabs but now I would consider it since the quality is unfortunately similar to the Unilever product. Other users must be noting the difference and have similar observations. What happened guys ?

Since we’re all putting our Qtips in containers anyway, it makes sense (and took way too long) for someone to suggest packaging them in a holder to begin with.

He loves them, they are not rough in texture , work for him and he even thought the little container they arrived in was nice for his bathroom counter. There is no smell to them and worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Q-tips brand is the only brad I buy. It doesn't fall apart in your ear like most value brands do. Great for applying ointment, using for crafts or cleaning. It's always a great price. I love this new tub it came in as well.

I may have purchased my last box of Qtips. They just aren't what they used to be. They are shorter, thinner and weaker than what I remember. There is no reason to pay a premium price for an inferior product. Maybe you could go back to your old ways with a premium version. I'll gladly pay the premium price. FYI, I insert these into my ear canal.

I just had to make my view be known..... Throughout my purchases over 40 years, I have always preferred and insisted on buying Q-tips... over all other brands. I've noticed since the beginning of this year...they "are not made the way they used to be" The Q-tip bends with the slightest amount of pressure when cleaning ears or just plain use in general...rendering them worthless! Very disappointed!!
