Have been a loyal customer forever as the stick for the cotton swabs have always been the sturdiest, however in the past year or so, i have noticed they have become more flimsy and mimick the cheaper off brands of cotton swabs. Bring back the better ones!!

I am normally quite happy with Q-tips as a cotton swab, but it seems that quality control is slipping. A good many of the swabs I've used over the past few months have very little cotton on one or both tips. Not only is this somewhat uncomfortable, it can be downright dangerous to the ear canal for those not paying attention. Is there some sort of shortage we don't know about? Please look into this apparent trend.

I have been buying qtips for years and this new box has some of the tips wrapped in some kind of threaded cardboard fibers. Some don't look real white as you can close up see there is some darkening in fibers. It is a new box so not sure how many more in there.

I use q-tips to help remove excessive makeup when I use mascara/eyeliner. It is so convenient to have a to go purse kit, to take everywhere I go. It helps remove my make easily and without messing it up. I tested Q-tips for free, but all opinions are your own.

I use them to clean my ears, apply makeup, remove nail polish, and even clean my keyboard! They have the best cotton tips that are soft but stay intact. I have no idea why this product changed to something of such poor quality. I always but Q Tip brand even though they cost more No more Any no name brand is just as good . And all those useless replies you give show how little you care or know what you are trying to sell I am 78 and have used only your brand. BUT NO MORE.
