Q-tips used to come in a drawer-like cardboard box wrapped in cellophane. Both materials are environmentally superior to this flanged plastic (#1, yes is recyclable but less than 30% of recyclable waste is ever recycled even if you are conscientious and put it in the proper bin). Also, it is difficult to pull just one q-tip out. Another seems to always jump up and get wasted. Bring back the old package, please. Your product deserves better.

They are the same strong and effective Q-Tips we are used to, and now come in a durable convenient container to keep your makeup table more organized. I just wish the label was removable, the bright blue label is kind of a turn off for me when displaying.

I’m 62 years old and have used Q-tips my entire life. Within the past year or two I have noticed a substantial drop off in uniformity and quality. Some of the Q-tips come with almost no cotton head on one end or the other. How did these pass the sniff test? I would like to say that it was Few and far between, but that wouldn’t be true. Every box I get has numerous Q-tips in it that are substandard. What happened to this company?

It’s a great value for your money and you’re getting the same q tip brand that has always been wonderful and dependable in the past. They are effective and work well. I think it can go without saying that everybody uses cotton swabs. QTips are so popular that most of us just call them by the brand. I love having a trave pack. it's especially useful if you're a mom. Kids are insanely creative which is messy! I use them for everything. Ears, eye boogers, make up, noses, weird belly button dirt...and so on. I don't carry a purse. I keep one in the glove box, stroller, and I often give these as part of a gift pack. The first travel pack I recieved for free. I'm so happy, I hadn't a clue this was a thing prior to that!

I have been a lifetime user of your product, I recently purchased a 3 pack of your product from a local discount club. what happened to the quality of your product. The stems on the q-tips are so think I can't clean my ears with out them bending in half. The cotton swab on the ends are half of what my prior purchased q-tips were. It is a discase when you put them side by side. Were they made in lesser quality because of price increase or are this a defective product that slipped by quality control . I purchased my last Q-tip product, you lost a life time customer because of quality

Like many other unhappy customers, I'm disappointed with the recent change to Q-tips. The stick is very flimsy and frustrating to use. HUGE letdown! Now there isn't any reason not to buy the cheaper options. Hopefully the company fixes this mistake quickly!
