My last 2-3 orders of these have much less cotton on them than in the past. I often find myself scraping my skin with the tip of the cardboard stick because there will be practically no cotton on the ends of the stick -- and that really hurts, ya know! Stop being greedy and put some more cotton back on or I'm going to be switching to their competitor brand even though its slightly more expensive.

I've been buying these for 20 years, but no more. Q-Tips was once head and shoulders above the competition, but they've resorted to cost-cutting measures that have reduce the quality to less than that of their generic competitors. I once stocked up on Q-Tips when I traveled abroad, just in case they weren't available where I was traveling. Well, this is the last box I'll ever use, unless former quality standards are reinstated. If I wanted swabs that snapped off in the middle of use or swabs with 50% less cotton, I'd have been buying generic all along. Now, you've ensured that generic is all I'll buy.

Their price is always affordable! These work so great for cuts, scrapes, and normal ear duties. Even for crafts!! They can be used for anything! Can't go wrong! I mainly use the Q-tips to clean my ears and sometimes to clean up nail polish mistakes. I received this product for free and all opinions are my own.

The cotton is soft and not too thin, so it doesn't hurt when using or coming off. It always does a great job of cleaning, and you don't need too many at the same time, so a box lasts a long time. No competitor can compare!

Recently purchased a new box of Q-TIPS ® Cotton Swabs. There is less cotton on the tip, and worst of all the carboard stick is so flimsy as to render them useless. So I purchased a couple of generic travel ones to compare. You are now as bad or worse then those. You went from the product I'd buy over any other, to a waste of my time and money. Now while filling in this form I see you ask: What influences your purchase? and quality isn't an option. guess that is a telling sign.

Plus I realized I didn't even pack any QTips . So this travel set was perfect . I used them for my makeup, to clean my ears after swinming and even to put Medication on a cut I received from hiking!

Its just enough to throw in your bag for quick touchups throughout the day to swab any smuged makeup around the eyes or mouth. The product is also fantasic for other home purposes like fixing sqeaky door hinges. While I have purchased this product in the past, I have received it as a free sample from Influenster for testing purposes and I've got to say that it was great to receive such a practical product.
