Plus I realized I didn't even pack any QTips . So this travel set was perfect . I used them for my makeup, to clean my ears after swinming and even to put Medication on a cut I received from hiking!

I've used these everyday for several years. I have always chosen Q-Tip brand because the quality was so much better. The last 2 times I've purchased these they have been flimsy and low quality. There is no difference between these and generic. The stick is skinnier, they bend, and the tips have less cotton. Why should I pay the extra money for these? I'm tempted to return the one I bought yesterday.

I’ve been using Q-Tips for 40+ years. The last few 500 packs I’ve purchased have hardly had any cotton on the tips. They are dangerous and I will no longer buy Q-tips. I do not believe it is a quality control issue. It seems more like they changed their manufacturing process to put less cotton on the tips of the swabs. This decision as cost Q-Tips my business.

The quality of the Qtips is very strong even though it is on a paper stick. The 300 count vanity tub is clear and makes the Qtips easy to access versus the standard box. The lid of the canister does lock in place but I wouldn't bring this for travel because I have accidentally dropped it and the lid popped off. It is easier to access the Qtips because they are are vertical in the container. I like that the container is clear too so you can see how much you have left. I use Qtips to gently clean off eye make up or clean small hard to reach surfaces. I feel like the quality of the cotton is soft and I would still choose Qtips over a bargain brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really like this vanity tub. It was nice to be able to easily have the q-tips ready to go as soon as I got home. I liked that there was no having to transfer them to another storage container, they were easily accessible and the tub looks nice on the counter. However, the lid isn’t durable at all, it’s quite flimsy and doesn’t stay on very well. So it’s not one I can see lasting a while or being able to re-use which is a little disappointing.

I don’t have that same issue with Q-tips. They are sturdy and resist the force of gravity mid ear clean. They are also very useful and versatile for many tasks outside of my ear. 10/10 would recommend. 1,750 of these bad boys will last a long time too!

It is small and compact, easily fits in a bag, purse, back pack, even a pocket. It is great for traveling which is what I usually use these for and even better I just refill it and reuse it when I run out. These swabs are very soft and absorbent. In addition to keeping my inner ears clean and dry, I also use them when applying makeup.
