I've been buying these for 20 years, but no more. Q-Tips was once head and shoulders above the competition, but they've resorted to cost-cutting measures that have reduce the quality to less than that of their generic competitors. I once stocked up on Q-Tips when I traveled abroad, just in case they weren't available where I was traveling. Well, this is the last box I'll ever use, unless former quality standards are reinstated. If I wanted swabs that snapped off in the middle of use or swabs with 50% less cotton, I'd have been buying generic all along. Now, you've ensured that generic is all I'll buy.

I have always been a huge supporter of Q-Tip cotton swabs, and I only use Q-Tip brand, due to them having a great amount of cotton on the tip and not hurting my ears. The last few times that I have purchased them, I have been highly disappointed. It seems that they are using less cotton on the tips, and they aren't as comfortable in my ears. I hope that I might have just got a batch that was off, but I bought them in bulk, so it will be a while before I buy more. We use them for personal hygiene, crafts/ painting, household cleaning and as a beauty tool. These are good quality and the cotton stays on the applicator as it should. They are unscented. This is a good size tub with 300 count which will last a while. I like the tub it comes in too as it provides easy storage and easy access.

Q Tips have gotten so cheap. These are being manufactured with cheaper and weaker material now. The sticks bend with even the slightest pressure and they are no longer any better than the generic versions that are out there. This never used to happen, the name-brand Q Tips used to have the best quality, but now are disappointing.

They're great in helping with the removal or application of several different makeup products. So glad I was able to try these free in my voxbox thanks to influenster. Even though I got to try them free I will definitely be purchasing more.

I've used them to touch up my lipstick, clean up smudged eye makeup, apply teeth whitening gel, clean new ear piercings, create smoky eyeshadow looks, apply brow wax, the list goes on. There's nothing better! I received this particular product as a free tester, but these are all my own opinions.

I recently bought a 500 count cotton swabs because I have always depended on this brand because the stick part would never bend and the cotton part was soft and thicker than cheaper brands but not anymore! I was cleaning my ears this morning and the cotton end became lodged in my ear! So very dissatisfied because this brand has always and I mean always been very dependable but not anymore!

They are thick enough to use for what you need, they don't fall apart, and they are standing up in the container. Organized! I will continue to buy this brand over other brands.
