I have always been a huge supporter of Q-Tip cotton swabs, and I only use Q-Tip brand, due to them having a great amount of cotton on the tip and not hurting my ears. The last few times that I have purchased them, I have been highly disappointed. It seems that they are using less cotton on the tips, and they aren't as comfortable in my ears. I hope that I might have just got a batch that was off, but I bought them in bulk, so it will be a while before I buy more. The other packaging stays open and allows contact with anything so I really appreciate this packaging. The q-tips work just as good as others.

We’ve been buying this brand for over 30 years now and have never had any issues, but the last two boxes we’ve bought have a lot less cotton and even some have cotton only on one side of it. We pay a little more for this because of the quality but that’s not true anymore. So until we hear the quality is better we will no longer be buying this product!!

I’ve been using them all my life they come in handy for so many different things they come in a lot of different sizes and packages which I love. I keep a travel case in my purse so I can always have them on the go, they’re soft and they stay sturdy. Unlike a lot of other brands. I love them.

I’ve been using Q-tips cotton swabs for decades and will only buy this brand because of the amount of cotton and sturdiness of the stick. Our most recent box is like using the cheapest no name brand. The cotton is, definitely, smaller and the stick bends with the slightest amount of pressure. Very disappointed.

Yes Ns251, they have changed the quality of their Q-tips.   Ok, Unilever, I know you are not supposed to put them in your ears but you know that the consumer does.  Where's the cotton tip.  It feels like I am sticking a 'stick' in my ear.  Sorry but your claim 'More soft cotton at the tip than any other swab' is no longer true.  I compared this last box I just bought to the few Q-tips I had left over and there is a huge difference on the quality of cotton on the tip.  Instead of the quality of your product being less just charge the consumer a little more and don't skimp on the cotton.  I will be buying an off brand from now on because their claim of more cotton on the tip is true compared to Q-tip!

I grew up is Q-tip swabs, as did my mother, and so on. Had an issue with quality over a year ago, and they actually responded, and fixed the issue. Now I'm back to using the same great quality I've always known with Q-tips! Won't use any other brand

I've used my trial set for cleaning up my nails after pairing and get make that was underneath my eyes. The cotton swabs did the job and kept on going. One cotton swab goes a long way!

I have no idea why this product changed to something of such poor quality. I always but Q Tip brand even though they cost more No more Any no name brand is just as good . And all those useless replies you give show how little you care or know what you are trying to sell I am 78 and have used only your brand. BUT NO MORE.

They do a great job at cleaning my ears. I use them for make up removing make up from my face or mess up with my eyeliner, it works perfect .
