Leaves a glow, without looking greasy. All my makeup applied over it effortlessly. I used a matte foundation to see how well it would wear and it left my skin looking like actual skin. There is a strong scent. I would say it's a strong powdery scent. If you're not into having scents in your skin care or makeup, I'd be weary of this. Fortunately scent doesn't bother me.
