Cetaphil thoroughly removes my make up, and it leaves my face clean and smooth and moisturized.

I love this face wash, it’s so mild I can use it several times per day, I use nothing else!

I used to love this product, but then they changed the formula. It doesn't clean as well now, I have to wash my face 2 to 3 times to get my face clean where before my makeup would melt off as soon as I lathered up. My skin has been breaking out, it just horrible. On the search for a great facial cleanser again!

This title appears to be misleading. This is NOT the Gentle Skin Cleanser. Cetaphil only uses the word “gentle” on its Gentle Skin Cleanser, but Sam’s Club puts that word in this listing for a different product. Don’t be fooled like I was. Now I have to make a trip to the club to return it.

The "new and improved" formula is awful. The Cetaphil that I have been using for years had no fragrance and was very gentle on my skin and kept my skin so clear! Since they changed the formula, it smells very strong and it is NOT a pleasant smell and it also made my face look sunburnt after I used it! I wish these companies would not change formulas that are working so well. I will definitely be finding a new facial/body cleanser to use.

Sam’s Club did a great job of getting the product to me quickly, but the manufacturer has changed the formula, and it’s nowhere near as good as the old formula. I’ve been using for about a week now, and am not a fan. Since I already spent the money on it, I’ll continue using and see if it grows on me.
