Very soft and gentle on the skin. I like that you can apply it either with wet or dry skin. It helps a lot with acne. If struggling with irritation or acne this is the face wash u should use.

I'm never going back from this product! I have very dry skin and this prevents peeling while keeping my skin very clean. It's a gentle product that my dermatologist recommended and I use it (sometimes with a makeup remover) twice a day.

I am a fan of cetaphil but not the cleanser. It feels slippery, which isn't something I personally like. I prefer the squeaky clean feeling. I appreciate that it's hypoallergenic and gentle but I can't use it because of the feeling

I have had this for a few month, and when I bought it, I was using it for my oily ness I had on my face. It was very gentle on my skin and I felt it worked better with warm water. If you have sensitive or oily skin I really recommend this for you!

this is the only cleanser I have used and has not affected me. my face feels so clean and fresh everytime I use this. I DEF recommend to anybody who is looking for a new facial cleanser.
