I always used Cetaphil because it was one of the few cleansers that I was not allergic to and was non-irritating, but now they added a fragrance that irritates my skin and causes itching. I am very upset about this!!!!

This cleared up my asking but after moving to a different state it stopped working and my acne came back but I think its because of the climate change from moving

I have really sensitive skin and also have eczema and this product was recommended by my dermatologist. It's very lightweight and not too overpowering! It smells very gentle and clean and leaves my face feeling fresh

I love this cleanser! I use it every single day to wash my face! Love how smooth it makes my skin feel, and it doesn't dry my face out. Very effective!

Honestly, the durability of the packaging is really good. I've dropped it a few times and needless to say it has not broken yet this is also good for sensitive skin girly it's low priced and it really gets the job done. The scent is very light. 

Have used this for 20+ years. Amazing product, always recommended by dermatologists. I have traded for more expensive face washes at times but always come back to this!

This broke my skin out and made my face really red. The packaging is okay for a facial cleanser. I was disappointed in this product. The price is okay. It just was to harsh on my skin. If you have sensitive skin I would not recommend this product.

I like this cleanser, it's simple, not extremely harsh on sensitive skin and can be used daily as a cleanser. I eventually did switch products because I didn't see a drastic difference with this product but it gets the skin clean and removes makeup.

Completely cleared up my skin and I will never use any other product I stand by Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser I used to have really bad forehead acne but now I have beautiful clear skin

I have seen this brand everywhere and was hoping to love it as much as everyone else seemed to. This is way too gentle for me it feels like liquid soap and did nothing for my skin. Very dissapointing.
