The product image is incorrect, they've now come out with "New & Improved" Cetaphil. I've purchased Cetaphil for the last 20 years and it really controlled my blemishes. I probably got a blemish a YEAR. The new formula...I've had one or two per MONTH. The consistency of the new formula is thinner and sudsier kind of like they did with liquid hand soap when they came out with foaming hand soap. It's a shame because before you couldn't get me to try anything else now I'm in the market for something as effective as this used to be.

I switched back to Cetaphil after trying a different product. I go to use it and was shocked! It smells like bug spray. I shake up the bottle hoping that would fix it. Nope. The box it came in said new and improved formula? The classic Cetaphil smell is gone. Returning it

There are now two different Cetphil Facial Cleansers. The traditional one is called Gentle Skin Cleanser. Water is not needed, i.e., it can be wiped off. The texture was changed and it's thinner than before. It doesn’t lather but works for all skin types. THIS formula is called "Daily Facial Cleanser." While a good product, consumers should know this is a soapy-foamy formula and requires water for rinsing.

I recently purchased this after Sam's discontinued the Olay facial cleanser I was purchasing. I'm very happy with it and my boyfriend, who has super sensitive skin, also uses it without incident and loves it. It is very gentle on my face and even with sunburn, I have no issues with it. This is a clear substance and not the regular white cleanser that Sam’s Club always stocked.

Cetaphil is a safe product for sensitive skin.

Cleans nicely, removes excess oil, but if you getting it around your mouth, it has a funky taste.

Not sure what happened - love Cetaphil but the latest order is a weird gel/fragrance option that burns my eyes. Please fix this!
