I really like the afterwards feeling of my face when using this. It feels soft and not irritated. But i do use it using my fingertips and i feel it does not clean deep down. My smeared mascara or eyeliner does not take off. It does not make enough lather to my preference.

This is my tried and true cleanser, as recommended by my dermatologist. Anytime I'm having bouts of breakouts or any skin issues, I use this. It never leaves my skin feeling stripped or dry, but also is powerful enough to remove every last drop of makeup, including mascara! It has a nice light scent that is very fresh and clean. I always buy the big bottle and it lasts at least 6 months, because a little goes a long ways!

I needed something that was sensitive and gentle this is the perfect product it makes my face feel so soft my face definitely feels clean after using this it doesn't strip my face it doesn't feel tight or itchy I always try to use this cleanser every morning and and before I go to bed cetaphil is definitely a top 10 product I will definitely be buying again

I have very sensitive skin and this product is one I live by. My skin has never looked better! Especially considering I have dealt with acne and scarring my entire life. It is so gentle and smells so nice and clean. It definitely is my favorite skin cleanser.

This product was the first facial cleaner that didn't make me break out!! I like how I can just wash my face with a wash that is simple and has no additives and then go in with spot treatment! The price is amazing for the amount! I use this in the morning and at night!!

If you're looking for an affordable and good cleanser, this is the one. It's lightweight and doesn't leave a greasy film on your face. Can be purchased just about everywhere. I struggle with a bit of acne and uneven texture, I found this doesn't help minimize or prevent breakouts though.

I use this face wash every single day. It works as a face wash and a makeup remover, so it's an important part of my skincare routine. I've had this one bottle for MONTHS, so definitely good value for the price. Can be a little sticky at times, but overall it's great. 4.5/5 stars.

So I've used this product for almost a year due to my work always making me sweat and giving me acne. When I had asked someone to go to the store and pick it up for me they did and got the “new and improved” I thought the ingredients probably didn't change and used it like how I normally would with my daily routine and my face got red and irritated. I went and grabbed my older bottle thankfully I didn't take out the trash and looked at the difference in the ingredients. I didn't notice the change in scent I have a bad sense of smell and it didn't feel off until I started to gently massage it and rinse it off. I went to the review section to see if anyone els it reacting this way to the “new and improved” wash and saw a comment and then saw your reply that you didn't change the formula, though I remember it not having citric acid and other items in the ingredients. Plus there's a lot of ingredients missing. I threw both bottles out hence why I have to use pictures form the internet but I just wanted to let you all know that if you're going to say the formula didn't change maybe recheck you're previous ingredients and put them on the new bottle as well.

I can't say enough about this cleanser! It's very effective at getting all of the dirt off your skin and it leaves your face feeling amazing! I've perched this product multiple times and will continue to do so! I'm so happy to have a face wash with in a reasonable price point that tell gets the job done!

It's my first time trying this face wash I've had it now for, about two weeks and so far it does not dry up my skin nor does not make it oily it gives it a fresh and hydrating feeling... my only complaint is not having been introduced to this wonderful product before. Works great!!
